You are invited to participate in a week long event in Nairobi, Kenya to learn about the poverty problem in Africa in a country that The Community Planet Foundation, Focus on Planet Earth, and Humanity Unites Brilliance as the starting point to build Communities that work for the greater good of all in the Community. This first model Community will be duplicated throughout Kenya, throughout Africa, in the United States, and around the world.

The word safari means "journey" in Swahili. This summit will lead you on a journey into your soul and the soul of Africa. Those registering for this event need to be prepared for a "hands on" Focus on Africa experience. During this week-long experience, you will be taken through deep introspective exploration to access your inner capacities and align yourself with your higher purpose. Ultimately, it is about all of us on the planet together co-creating the human and social changes needed to make a better world.

You will also be immersed in a foreign culture to experience the world in an entirely new way that will help us build a planetary society based on the principles of consensus, sustainable development, human-based needs and values, universal human rights, environmental protection, social justice, equality and the sovereignty and dignity of all peoples to live on a planet that works for the greater good of all.

Summit Leadership:

Dr. Jean Houston is known as an internationally sought-after "soul-guide" who has worked with presidents and global transformation leaders; she has taught in over 100 countries around the world. Dr. Jean Houston will be joined by other humanitarian leaders such as jo and AlyceJo Mwangi of Child of Destiny and Larry Jones of Feed the Children. Jack Reed, Chairman of the Community Planet Foundation and David Anderson, Chairman of Focus on Planet Earth will also be participating in this event.

Eight nights deluxe hotel accommodation.

Not included:

Not included are international airfare and personal expenses such as personal insurance; excess baggage fees; phone calls; gratuities to driver/guides; airport departure taxes; passport and visa fees, and beverages, and any additional nights in Nairobi.

Carbon Offsets:

Focus on Planet Earth understands that air travel contributes to increased green house gases and global warming. Therefore, we encourage our expedition participants to assist us in making each Focus on Planet Earth expedition carbon neutral. You can offset your air transportation carbon impact by purchasing carbon off-sets. As an incentive for you to do this, we will deduct 50% of the amount of your purchase from your final invoice.
